YUMMY, YUMMY, PEA SALAD

PEA  SALAD

 

10 oz. frozen peas ( I use more like 15 oz.)

1 cup peanuts (I add them just before serving)

1/2 cup raisins

1/4 cup chopped green onion

1 pound cooked & crumbled bacon

 

Dressing:

 

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon vinegar (I use white vinegar)

1 tablespoon sugar

1/8 teaspoon soy sauce

1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

cayenne pepper (to taste)

(Optional ~ 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower; 1/2 cup chopped celery)

 

Mix & refrigerate

 

(I don’t defrost the peas.)
