I know…another day, another Russian connection. Pretty soon all the \u201cT\u2019s\u201d will be crossed and all the \u201cI\u2019s\u201d will be dotted and Comrade Trump will be removed from office.<\/p>\n

Isn’t it treasonous or illegal for a \u201cpre-president\u201d to be negotiating with a foreign country or enemy before becoming president\u2026.per the\u00a0Logan Act?<\/p>\n

The United Arab Emirates arranged a secret meeting in January between Blackwater founder Erik Prince and a Russian close to President Vladi\u00admir Putin as part of an apparent effort to establish a back-channel line of communication between Moscow and President-elect Donald Trump, according to U.S., European and Arab officials.<\/p>\n

The meeting took place around Jan. 11 \u2014 nine days before Trump\u2019s inauguration \u2014 in the Seychelles islands in the Indian Ocean, officials said. Though the full agenda remains unclear, the UAE agreed to broker the meeting in part to explore whether Russia could be persuaded to curtail its relationship with Iran, including in Syria, a Trump administration objective that would likely require major concessions to Moscow on U.S. sanctions.<\/p>\n

Erik Prince needs to be\u00a0questioned\u00a0under oath and investigated by the FBI. What \u201cunder the table\u201d\u00a0deal was made with the UAE?<\/p>\n

Current and former U.S. officials said that while Prince refrained from playing a direct role in the Trump transition, his name surfaced so frequently in internal discussions that he seemed to function as an outside adviser whose opinions were valued on a range of issues, including plans for overhauling the U.S. intelligence community.<\/p>\n

He appears to have particularly close ties to Bannon, appearing multiple times as a guest on Bannon\u2019s satellite radio program over the past year as well as in articles on the Breitbart Web site that Bannon ran before joining the Trump campaign.<\/p>\n

In a July interview with Bannon, Prince said those seeking forceful U.S. leadership should \u201cwait till January and hope Mr. Trump is elected.\u201d And he lashed out at President Barack Obama, saying that because of his policies \u201cthe terrorists, the fascists, are winning.\u201d<\/p>\n

Prince went on to make a series of unfounded assertions that damaging material recovered from Weiner\u2019s computers would implicate Hillary Clinton <\/strong>and her close adviser, Huma Abedin, who was married to Weiner. He also called Abedin an \u201cagent of influence very sympathetic to the Muslim Brotherhood.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
