Liberals took power.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Her \u201cforget everything\u201d budget can\u2019t erase years of neglecting you, your family and your community.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>It\u2019s no wonder Christy Clark wants to distract people from her record.<\/h4>\n<h4>She wants you to forget that she took an extra $300,000 from her wealthy donors, while wages for everyday people failed to keep up with rising costs.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Christy Clark wants you to forget that she gave her donors and people at the top a billion dollars in tax breaks, while charging the average family $1,000 more for electricity, car insurance and health care premiums.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Christy Clark wants you to forget that her pre-election promise to cut MSP still leaves you paying more than you were before the Liberals took power.\u00a0 Medical services premiums have doubled under the B.C. Liberals.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Christy Clark\u2019s \u201cforget everything\u201d budget won\u2019t bring back the 30,000 good paying forestry jobs that have been lost under the B.C. Liberals. That budget doesn\u2019t ever address the fact that most new jobs in B.C. are low-wage and part-time.\u00a0\u00a0 Only one in 10 of those jobs are outside of Vancouver.\u00a0 Under Christy Clark, B.C. has had the worst wage growth in Canada.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>After years of working only for the wealthy and the well-connected, Christy Clark will say anything to win the next election.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Half of British Columbians are living pay cheque to pay cheque.\u00a0 People are drowning in debt.\u00a0 For many, buying a home is out of reach, and renting is too expensive.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Christy Clark\u2019s economy doesn\u2019t work for you, because Christy Clark doesn\u2019t work for you.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>One \u201cforget everything\u201d budget won\u2019t fix years of neglect.\u00a0 And it won\u2019t make up for Christy Clark slashing the services that British Columbians rely on.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>The B.C. Liberals want you to forget that there is a deficit in the services that matter to you.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>They want you to forget that they closed hundreds of community schools.<\/h4>\n<h4>Christy Clark wants you to forget that every education dollar in her pre-election budget is money she took from our children until her humiliating defeat in the Supreme Court of Canada forced her to put that money back.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>She wants you to forget that nine in 10 seniors\u2019 homes are understaffed, leaving our grandparents and parents without the attention and care they deserve.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Christy Clark has spent the last five years wining and dining donors at $20,000-a-plate dinners, instead of focusing on making life better for ordinary people.\u00a0 She chose not to work for you after the last election.\u00a0 Why should you believe she\u2019ll work for you after the next one?<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>We can\u2019t afford another four years of Christy Clark.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>British Columbians deserve leadership that works for everyone, not just the favoured few.\u00a0 People deserve a government that offers good quality services all the time, not just in the lead up to an election.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Christy Clark won\u2019t deliver that.\u00a0 John Horgan of the NDP (New Democrat Party) says he will, I believe him and so should you.<\/h4>\n<p>502<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"This week, Christy Clark released a budget that she hopes will make you forget everything that has happened in the 16 years since the B.C.
